Rachel received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2014 and immediately began her career working with children and families. After seven years in the school system as a behavioral counselor, she earned her Master of Social Work from West Virginia University in 2023 and continued her work as a therapist.
Rachel is dedicated to helping children, adults, and families navigate the challenges and struggles of daily life. She believes therapy should feel welcoming, supportive, and safe, creating an environment where individuals and families can feel comfortable exploring their concerns and developing new skills. She has a particular interest in supporting parents whose children may be experiencing anxiety, big feelings, or behavioral challenges, helping families better understand one another and build stronger relationships.
Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors while hiking with her rescue dog, Piston.
